Wellpark House is a splendid traditional Irish Country House, sleeping up to 12 persons.Built in 1730 (Georgian) it is full of charm and atmosphere.
The house is set in one Acre of landscaped gardens and is situated in the picturesque Village of Oughterard, County Galway, in the region of Connemara, famous for its incredibly beautiful countryside with mountains, lakes, rivers, and candid beaches where cattle, Connemara ponies and mountain sheep roam freely.
The fascinating nearby town of Galway offers all you need in theatres, horse racing, shops, and restaurants etc., (especially Galway Crystal and Aran Knits) The Aran Isles themselves, make a good Day trip.
The area is renowned for its excellent Fishing and Golf.
