experiences of leaders of private organizations and ngos in ibadan and lagos in southwest nigeria: a qualitative study using q-sorts. there is an increasing need for scientific evidence to be unearthed regarding how servant leadership works and the organizational results with which it is associated. the focus was to connect the possible precursors of character strengths and virtues to transformational leadership, something which has not been researched before. the current study advances leadership research deeper into the realm of communication by probing deeper into the importance model of the effects of servant leadership on two types of organizational citizenship behaviors (altruism and courtesy). literature has suggested that level 5 is the same as servant leadership, and
