BOOKING REFERRAL SERVICE

If so, then our Booking Referral service is for you!

Our Booking Referral service is an excellent way of increasing your bookings without ever paying any yearly advertisement fees. In fact, you actually do not send us any money ever as the person(s) renting your property pays our commission directly to us and then they pay their balance directly to you.

You can put as many properties as you wish on our booking referral system and leave them there for as long or as short a time as you wish. Once you have uploaded a property into our booking referral system, the only thing you have to do after that is keep your rental rates up to date.

We take on the responsibility and expense of generating bookings for you from our web site. All booking enquiries are sent to you on a request basis so you are never under any obligation whatsoever to accept any booking unless YOU decide to do so. If we do not generate any bookings, you do not pay us anything, its as simple and as straightforward as that. Obviously it is in our best interest to generate as many bookings for you as we can, which is great news for you.

HERE IS HOW OUR BOOKING REFERRAL SERVICE WORKS

  • Our automated booking referral system will forward all booking enquires to you the moment they are submitted. You will receive an email informing you that a booking enquiry has been submitted for your property. You log into your advertisers account to view the booking enquiry details. You then decide if you wish to accept or decline the booking enquiry. You are under no obligation whatsoever to accept any booking enquiry unless you decide to do so. You stay in control at all times!

  • If you wish to decline the booking enquiry, all you have to do is simply click on the Decline Booking link and our system will automatically notify the enquirer of your decision.

  • If you wish to accept the booking, all you have to do is simply click on the Accept Booking link. Once you click on the Accept Booking link, you are required to place the requested dates on hold for at least 24 hours. It is extremely important that you honour the 24 hour hold period in order to allow the enquirer make their travel arrangements etc.

  • If you accept the booking, our booking referral system will immediately inform the enquirer that you have accepted their booking and they have 24 hours to either confirm their booking to you or decline the booking.

  • If the enquirer decides to decline the booking, we will notify you of their decision and you will be free to take the requested dates off the 24 hour hold. If the enquirer has not made a decision within the 24 hour holding period, you are free to take the requested dates off hold if you wish or you can leave them on hold.

  • If the enquirer decides to confirm their booking, we will take a 10% booking deposit from them (our commission) and immediately notify you that the enquirer has confirmed their booking and paid their booking deposit to us. We will then supply you with the enquirer's contact details so you can contact them directly to arrange payment of their balance and provide them with all necessary key collection/return and check-in procedures.

HOW TO GET STARTED
Firstly, you must register as a new member, which is free and takes less than two minutes. Once you have registered, our system will instantly generate a property suppliers administration center unique to you. From here, you will be able to upload as many properties as you wish onto our booking referral system.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please do not display any kind of direct or indirect contact details anywhere on your booking referral listing where members of the public will see it. This includes your name, address, phone or fax numbers, your email or web site address, any third party email or web site address, photos which display any of these details. Any listing with any of these details or any other kind of contact details displayed on them will not be accepted onto our Booking Referral system. We inspect every listing before it is accepted onto our Booking Referral system and on a daily basis thereafter.

Once you have completed the registration process, follow these steps. If you wish to upload more than one property, repeat these steps each time you want to upload a property.

1: Click the Create New Property Listing link.

2: On the next page, from the Property Type dropdown list of 3 options, select Option 3 and in the Advertisement Headline box, enter a short description that will catch people eye and then click submit button.

3: On the next page, enter your property descriptions and select various items and options which apply to your property and click on the Save button at the bottom of the page. . IMPORTANT NOTICE: For security reasons, if you have not clicked on the Save button within 15 minutes, you will be locked out of your administration centre and any information you have entered will not be saved. We recommend that you click the Save button every 10 or 12 minutes.

4: Select your property's location from our location system.

5: Upload photographs of your property. You can upload as many as 12 photographs.

6: Enter your rental rates. Remember, the rates that you enter are commissionable to us at 10%.

7: (Optional) Use the Extra Page facility if you need to enter more details of your property.

8: Preview your property listing to ensure you are happy with it and make any necessary changes.

9: When you are happy with how your property listing looks, click on the red Order Here tab at the top of the page, tick the Order box next to your property or properties and click the Order button. A page will open up showing you details of what you have selected. Click the Order button and that is it, you have just submitted your property or properties to our Booking Referral system. We will review your property and notify you when it is live on our system.
